"I wasn’t given any information on check in regarding on site services like lounge or breakfast, nor was I given any information on how to access wifi. The clerk mentioned I had booked through Expedia and I believe because of that I was given a sub standard room. There were no lamps, and only tiny night lights beside the beds. There was no arm chair or love seat to sit on, only a chair at a desk with no phone outlet to charge my phone. There was no clock in the room either. This is just a guess but I think those guests deemed as “less than” are given less than desirable rooms. Booking through Expedia shouldn’t make a difference in how I am treated as a guest. "

"Thew room was clean overall but the bathroom had a slight urine small and could use some upgrades."

"Completely misrepresents the rooms. The photos that you think you are booking is NOT what you get. We booked the jacuzzi suite. When we got to the room it was a very old room - no jacuzzi. When we asked about it they said 'all our jacuzzi rooms are under reno so we put you in a different room'. I told them that we booked that specifically for the jacuzzi and that they shouldn't have offered it if they didn't have it. We asked for a downgrade in a room for less, and they said they would downgrade us - but no refund. It was stay or leave. Nothing given as a refund, no comp for restaurant, no sorry. If you look at the photos, they definitely have renovated suites but we were put in a super disgusting suite. If we weren't short on time and needing to work we would have moved hotels but it wasn't possible. There was a mouse running along the floorboard, there was stains all over the couch and bed, tons of dust on the fan, broken dresser, disgusting stuff on the floor. Do NOT go there."

"Staff was ok, food was good but smell of the property was sooo awful! The hallways stinks with cigarette and weed. Outside is the parking lot and a bunch of people gathered talking like tripping. It was too late- tired and sleepy so didn’t bother to leave."

"The check in staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub area were not cleaned well and they did not monitor the people going in and out either the wrist bands they give you you’re supposed to wear. The slide was also closed when it was supposed to be open so couldn’t use it. The room was alright but no control over heat or air and constant noise like a generator coming on and off coming from the pool. There is also no smart TV just regular so need you’re own Amazon stick to watch anything other then tv. Restaurant and bar were descent with good options. What they didn’t inform me of is that they have shelter program vans dropping people off to stay at the hotel? I was bothered and followed countless times. Some people were nice well others made me uncomfortable and for $170 a night I didn’t expect all of this. Won’t be booking again and would request a refund if possible."
